Section I. Freedom

In accordance with the Dignity inherent in every person, it is the goal of the People of the United States of America to do everything in their power that is reasonable and humane to extend the blessings of liberty to all people. To that end, the United States shall encourage the adoption by all nations of Representative Democracy with each adult person having the Right to Vote. To the minimum extent necessary, the People of the United States shall make war against enemies of this goal.

Section II. Prosperity

In accordance with the Dignity inherent in every person, it is the goal of the People of the United States of America to do everything in their power that is reasonable and humane to extend the blessings of prosperity to all people. To that end the United States shall encourage the adoption by all nations of Capitalist Free Market Economies with minimal restrictions on trade and commerce, and shall work with all nations to reduce the incidence and violence of crime and the power and number of criminal organizations. The United States shall work with all the nations of the world to generate sufficient wealth that the poorest people will be able to obtain food, shelter, health care and sanitation. In particular, the United States shall work with all nations to achieve societies in which children cease to be the most important source of wealth and status for their parents, so that the humane limitation of human population growth shall become possible.

Section III. The Environment

In accordance with the Dignity of Humanity as a whole, it is the goal of the People of the United States to America to do everything in their power that is reasonable and humane to enable posterity to enjoy the blessings of the abundance and beauty of the earth and all that is in it. To that end the United States shall encourage the preservation of diverse habitats, the limitation of human population growth, and the adoption of agricultural, industrial, and urban planning methods that enable human populations to live in a prosperous, healthful, enjoyable and environmentally sustainable manner.
