Subject: President Clinton
The thought is nauseating, but what choice is there? On the part of the Democrats, there is Barak, who seems to be a real know-nothing about foreign policy, Edwards (aka "the Breck girl" for his obsession with his hair) who wants to abandon Iraq more shamefully than we abandoned Vietnam, and doesn't seem to know anything about terrorism. The best the Republicans seem to have is Rudy, a guy who may be running for Mayor of the United States of America. Then there is Fred Thompson, who can't seem to make up his mind whether he is really running (oh, no, another actor). So let's see. We follow up a guy who would never have been electable is his father hadn't been President with a gal who never would have been electable if her husband hadn't been President.

Is it about nothing more than looks, sounds, name-recognition, and money? I guess that we're about proving that democracy works for dummies.
